Yttrium-Aluminum-garnet (Nd: YAG) laser. The laser treatment of
pigmented lesions and tattoos are based on principle of selected
photothermolysis. Selective thermolysis can be applied towards the
removal of tattoos. The energy delivered by a number of different
lasers is targeted towards the carbon particles or dyes that are
found in skin tattoos, allowing selective destruction of the
foreign pigment while minimizing damage to the surrounding skin.

Treatment handle
Operation skill &technique for every treatment
1. During the treatment, operator should vertically hold the
handle, make sure the probe vertically point to the treatment area,
avoiding to waste laser energy. During the treatment for tattoo
removal in eyebrow, eye line and lip line, the spot of light should
close lap over, and move the probe in a line in treatment area,
tattoo color will turn to white. During the treatment for spots or
naevus, operator should treat small area by small area at one time,
seeping a little blood in the treatment area means best result.
After the treatment, if there is some blood on the treatment area,
pls keep clean and make sure no infection. At the same time, u
could use some anti-inflammation drug. Before plaster the
anti-inflammation drug, pls clean the blood on treatment area. 2.
Treatment for tattoo removal in eyebrow—blue and black color
Patients are not allowed to open eyes during the treatment;
operators should adjust energy according to depth of tattoo color.
Hold the handle and move in treatment area slowly, to make patients
comfortable. At this moment, the speed of flash can be set up as
3HZ. Keep the probe 1cm distance to treatment area firstly, then
could adjust this distance according to the actual conditions of
the patients. That’s, when keeping 1cm distance, there’s no little
seeping blood in the treatment area, u could move higher to over
1cm. Generally it’s the biggest energy in 3cm distance, however,
not to try keep 3cm distance at the beginning of treatment,
different treatment area has different skin structure. Then remove
the tattoo from one point to its end in the treatment area. If the
tattoo colors reappear within 30 minutes after the treatment,
please do again once more. Generally, about every one month (black
or blue colors), do the second treatment. 1-3 treatments. About
every one and half months ( red, green etc. colors) , do the second
treatment. 3 5 treatments. 3. Treatment for tattoo removal in eye
line (Notice: a little dangerous) The speed of flashes could be set
up as 3-4HZ. Keep the probe 1cm distance to treatment area firstly,
